Topic: The Langstroth Hive Explained
Jennifer Scott, "The Bee Wrangler", will explain the different components of a Langstroth hive. She'll teach us why each part is important. Jennifer has been rescuing and raising bees without the use of chemicals for 12+ years. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from a seasoned Langstroth hive beekeeper, so bring all of your questions.

Weather permitting, we will do a hive inspection. If you have a suit and gloves, bring them. Wear pants and closed toe shoes, so that you can walk safely in the bee yard.
We'll have a pot luck luncheon, so please bring a dish to share. Bring along a travel mug of your favorite drink in order to reduce plastic waste.
This meeting will be indoors, rain or shine. Free for all attendees.
You may bring bee related items to sell or trade.
